Accessibility

Our accessibility aims and how to tell us about a problem.

Our aim

We want The Stripe Tribe website to feel welcoming and be straightforward to use, including for autistic people, people with ADHD, people with sensory, learning or other cognitive access needs, and people with visual impairments or who use assistive technology.

We aim to use clear language, provide predictable navigation and limit unnecessary distraction. We recognise that people have different needs and welcome feedback about what would make the website easier to use.

Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is an aim, not a declaration that every part of the website meets the standard.

Tell us about a problem

Email: access@thestripetribe.com

Please tell us which page you were using, what you tried to do and what prevented you. You can include your browser or assistive technology if that helps, but you do not need to share a diagnosis or personal medical information.

If you need website information in a different format, contact us and we’ll discuss how we can help.
