You can browse this website without creating an account. The initial public website will not use analytics or advertising technology.

This website is hosted by Linode on a server in London, United Kingdom.

Website sessions

The website uses first-party session cookies to maintain a website session. These contain a random session identifier. The declared cookie duration is the browser session. This is separate from how long information is held on the server.

If you contact us

Contact will initially be by email for general enquiries about the book.

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include so that we can consider and respond to general enquiries about the book. Please do not send diagnoses, details about a child or sensitive family information.

We use an email forwarding service and Gmail to receive, store and respond to enquiries.

How long enquiry conversations are kept

Our policy is to delete resolved general book-enquiry conversations within six months after resolution, allowing time for follow-up.

Your information rights

Depending on the circumstances and the basis for processing, you may be able to ask for access to your personal information, correction or deletion, restriction of its use, or a portable copy, and to object to its use. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent.
