What to include
A brief question is enough. Please avoid including private details about a child or anyone’s health.
Problem with your copy?
If your book has a printing fault, such as missing print, smudged text or loose pages, we’re sorry. If you bought it from Amazon, open Your Orders to see the return or replacement options for your copy.
Please also let us know so we can investigate.

- where and roughly when you bought the book;
- the page numbers affected and a brief description of the problem;
- a photo of the fault;
- a photo of the last page, if it shows printing details or a barcode.
Please don’t send your order number, home address or payment details. Crop these out of any photos.
